Simple changes don’t cost extra charges, there might be an extra charge if we need to make a special order or add something to our product.

Custom Orders qualify for Image approval and simple re-designs. (different flowers, replacing some fillers or greenery, etc). Complete re-design that require re-making a bouquet may cost extra charges,

Processing Time:
Every Product has a different Processing Time. But if you need a rush order, please enter your event date when checking out so we can ensure we ship your item to arrive on time. Some Rush Orders will have a Fee. This may apply to some orders needed within less than 4 weeks.
